About PetVersity
Structured, practical education for people who want to work with dogs and pets professionally.
The institute
PetVersity is the professional pet-education institute of DogsVilla, Central India's biggest pet facility in Indore. Our 48 programmes — in companion dogs, working dogs, show dogs, pet grooming, pet business and animal welfare — are designed and certified by the National Institute of Canine Studies (NICS).
Every course is delivered inside a functioning pet business: 60–70 dogs on campus, 70 kennels, a 5,000+ sq. ft. dog park and training space, and a team of 12+ experienced and certified professionals. You learn on real dogs and real cases, using science-based, reward-based methods.
Our founder
Akram Khan is Central India's only internationally certified dog trainer and behaviourist, trained in Australia, and the founder of DogsVilla. His work includes training 1,400+ dogs, aggressive-dog rehabilitation, and building India's first self-sustaining animal-welfare model, in which premium pet services fund rescue work.
